I met Betty Layton at an open house while trying to decide if I wanted to sell my home and move into a condo. Loved the condo so sold my home personally to a neighbor. Betty has been so helpful, going above and beyond with my endless questions. I highly recommend Betty Layton if you are buying or selling. Having owner rentals too, this is probably my 15th transaction and I've dealt with many realtors. You can't go wrong with Betty.

Betty is a top notch realtor. She sticks with you from the beginning to the end no matter how long it takes. It took 3 years for me to finally find something I liked so she is very patient and supportive but also knows her stuff . She is strategic and a great negotiator as well. I am writing this review of my experience with Betty Layton as my realtor in the sale of my home recently. She worked diligently to get buyers to come see the house and kept me informed as to how the visits went. She also kept my son informed as well.
