I love Ms. lisa and her daughter, they treat my kids like they are their own. Ms Lisa truly is genuine and understanding and has help me with Joy and king since we gotten there. Thank you both for all that you do
I in rolled my daughter into this academy just to find out the WHOLE staff is unprofessional. They yell at children, swear in front of children, and even ignore questions about my child! If you truly care about your children do not consider this a option.
I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone if you care about your child's health and safety. They lied to me about my child symptoms claiming she vomited when she didn't. My child attended this school 2 years ago when she was an infant and all the teachers did was complain about her crying which I have no sympathy for.(CHOOSE a different Profession). They are dirty ,unsanitary , and money hungry . MS LISA wouldn't refund me my whole tuition even though my daughter only attended 1 day. In addition to the tuition she never refunded me my money for their tacky fall festival that my mother and I contributed towards that my daughter didn't attend. Personally I feel that my daughter is discriminated against from them because she is fare skin like my mom and they were looking for any reason kick her out . God don't like ugly !!! Thank god my oldest daughters school re opened and is under new management and charges about the same rate. PARENTS do not settle for this garbage dump of a day care.
I love it here! To be honest It seems like these people leaving these bad reviews are being coached by someone else to say these bad things. This daycare has been a Pilar in the community for over 10 years! DCF and ELC has to do pop ups and grade all centers in Duval county. If this daycare was as bad as these people say then they would have been closed down like a lot of other centers have been closed down in the Jacksonville anywhere else! And those saying this center is all about money tells it all! They wanted something for free or wanted to pay late but the owner said no so they run to leave a bad review! lol! Nothing is free and people always want something for free! Good job Unique Academy! Keep up the good work!
My children have been attending since infant ages. I have a total of 6.I can and will ONLY speak of my relationship with Mrs Lisa and staff....Professional and Experienced! FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF! My children love going to "school".
