I’m a single mom of two toddler boys, and enrolling them at KidStrong Orange Park has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. One of my boys has a speech delay and is awaiting an autism evaluation, and the coaches have been incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive with him. Little ones don’t always want to listen or follow directions, and managing two boys by myself can sometimes be challenging. The coaches always step in to help and work alongside me without making me feel judged or overwhelmed. KidStrong has been so much fun for my boys while also helping them build confidence, communication skills, strength, and healthy exercise habits. Today, I was also babysitting my two year old’s best friend and brought him with us so imagine one mom with three toddler boys! The coaches were amazing at helping me while still being attentive to all the other children. I’m so thankful we found KidStrong Orange Park. I truly cannot recommend the coaches and this program enough!

Jordan at KidStrong is absolutely amazing! My daughter loves her, and we actually try to schedule her classes when Jordan is coaching because she’s just that great! She is so sweet and brings the best positive, high energy to every class. She keeps the kids engaged, motivated, and having fun while still being an amazing coach. You can tell she genuinely cares about the kids and loves what she does. We’re so happy we found her and definitely recommend her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We’ve had such a great experience at KidStrong! My daughter absolutely loves going each week and gets so excited for her workouts. The coaches are incredibly sweet, patient, and encouraging, and they do an amazing job making every class fun while building confidence and strength. The facility is always very clean and well organized, which I really appreciate as a parent. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the kids and creates such a positive, welcoming environment. I highly recommend KidStrong to any parent looking for a fun way to help their child stay active, build confidence, and learn new skills!
My Granddaughter has had two classes so far and is loving the experience! She repeats the saying, “I am Strong” throughout the day and while eating her dinner! Overall, I think this is a very beneficial program for her. Week 6 or 7 and she’s still loving it! It’s the highlight of the day for her. Great job KidStrong!
I had some serious doubt that Blake (on the spectrum) would enjoy this type of physical activity. But he came prepared to conquor and we were thrilled to see his excitement. There was a minute he thought about throwing in the towel but with a little motivation he was back to it. At the end when he got to stand "on stage" to receive his First Class Award..... words can no describe how that little smile melted my heart. Not to mention how he has asked to go back maybe 10 times in the last 24 hours. Can't wait! Also, his sister was a natural, but we knew that high energy child would fall in love fast 🤣
