My experience with Mrs. Regina has been incredibly positive. She is deeply committed to supporting personal growth and has helped me learn how to set and maintain healthy boundaries. Throughout our work together, she has consistently provided the tools and guidance I need to make empowered, thoughtful decisions both in and outside of therapy. Her support has made a meaningful difference in my life.
Candid therapist who will help you navigate the challenges of life by providing a safe space while also working with you to define areas of improvement. Regina strikes the perfect balance between empathy and accountability. She is also skilled at helping you see your blind spots without making you feel judged. I would recommend her for anyone ready to start or further their therapy journey.
I had three sessions with Regina. My last session I didn't have much to talk about but I still went as I'm suffering from depression and these sessions did seem to help. I thought that maybe she could dive in what we already discussed or ask certain questions to have a deeper dive in the way I am feeling. I tell her "I dont have much to talk about today. And she's "if you didn't have much to talk about then why didn't you reschedu" I was taken back by this because 1 I didn't think it mattered I lf I had something or not.i quickly came up with something so that she felt better and I didn't lose the session. I will not be going back to Regina as she is not a safe place
Regina is such a gem! Since I've started her sessions, things started to fall into place. I feel really comfortable with her, she's easy to talk to and makes it effortless to open up. I'm very happy with her support on my journey :)
Regina is an AMAZING therapist super laid back and easy to talk to. Ive been meeting with her since May and Our sessions truly have helped me so much & Im looking forward to continuing my journey with her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ^.^ 10 Out of 10!!
