Serhii came to my home today,I had a great experience with this refrigerator technician! He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough. He took the time to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator, explained what was wrong I really appreciate his honesty, excellent service, and attention to detail. It’s hard to find someone you can trust, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing refrigerator repair. I will certainly call him again if I ever need service in the future!.8
Great job by Serhii. They came out immediately to look at a stove with a dead burner, and a fridge with lots of lights out. Quick diagnosis, parts ordered. I was notified as soon as the parts came in, scheduled my repair, Serhii was back to finish the work very quickly, everything works great. He seemed to take pride in the work and he definitely knew what he was doing.
Yurii was very polite, professional and prompt with his arrival time. He worked fast and efficiently, explained the problem and tested the washing machine before leaving to ensure it was working properly. I highly recommend UltraFix Appliance Repair and be sure to ask for Yurii, he's exceptional.

I waited before leaving my review just so that I didnt eat my words lol My washing machine stopped working 1/30/26. I placed a request to Ultrfix online Feb1. My Tech Serhii came on time, both times. He was polite, respectful, professional, and quick. There was a little language barrier, which we used Google translate to help. I am truly satisfied with their service and will absolutely use them again. Appt confirmation: Feb1 Appt date: Feb 2 Repair Completion after parts ordered: Feb 5
