We recently had our lanai enclosed by Hunter of First Coast Enclosures, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he was easy to communicate with, responsive, and professional. His pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently. Our new enclosure looks fantastic and has added so much enjoyment to our outdoor space. We have been so pleased with his work that we’ve already referred several neighbors and family members to them. If you’re considering a lanai or screen enclosure project, we highly recommend Hunter of First Coast Enclosures!
I needed some ceiling panels replaced. I've used Hunter before but did my due diligence and called 2 other companies to check recent pricing. Hunter was still the best price and I only waited 3 days versus 3 weeks for him to work us into the team's schedule. Good communication as well. I hope I don't have to see you anytime soon but thanks for another job well done. LOL
Very fair quote for removal of old patio, installation of pavers, and installation of screen. All the questions I had along the way Hunter answered promptly (even on the weekend, I said save it for the weekday but he called me right away) - I also had gutters and installed drainage already that they navigated expertly. We love our patio, thank you!
Hunter is the best! Prompt, does stellar work and fast. He worked with me and my crazy on and off due to HOA. I had mentioned I wanted it done for a party and it was even though I was off and on. He said he would be here by 7 a.m. and he pulled right up at 7. Porch was screened in and looked fantastic by noon. 10/10 would recommend Hunter and First Coast Enclosures! And the cat was happy!!
We had a great experience working with First Coast Enclosures, especially Hunter, who did an outstanding job screening in our lanai. He was professional, easy to work with, and kept us informed throughout the entire process with excellent communication. I obtained quotes from four other companies, and Hunter by far had the best pricing and completed the work when he said he would. He did not try to upsell us on products we did not ask for and took the time to explain our different options. The work was scheduled quickly, and the quality of the finished product exceeded our expectations. Everything was done cleanly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. He listened to our concerns and made sure we were confident we would receive a quality installation. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend First Coast Enclosures and Hunter to anyone looking to add or upgrade a screened enclosure.
