Nothing but good things to say about this location. They always took great care of me every time I came while I was very sick and needed blood draws multiple times a week. Cherifa is so kind and makes everything smooth and painless!

What. a. complete. joke. Try calling this place, go ahead, I DARE you. Morning, noon, midnight, from a landline, a satellite, a séance.. it doesn’t matter. You’ll NEVER get through because they send every call straight to voicemail. And surprise! That voicemail? It’s been full since before the internet existed! And don’t even get me started on the front desk disaster. That woman could win an Olympic gold for being useless! She practically greets you with “Hi I hate being here and I’m going to make sure you suffer for it too!” Honestly if she wore a sign that said “Don’t talk to me, I’m here to ruin your day,” I’d respect the honesty. Absolute rock bottom when it comes to customer service. Congratulations! - you guys NAILED IT! The epidemy of horrible service!

The check in lady at the front desk. I wish i knew the name but i wasn’t able to see it because she was so close to the computer. Is very rude! When i walk in and respectfully wait to be called up when you’re on the phone. And you hang up from the phone call and question why I’m standing in front in of her. Like i was an inconvenience to her. The first time i saw her she did the same thing, the second time im gonna complain about it. The lab staff in the back were wonderful! Do better front office staff…

As other reviewers mentioned, you CAN NEVER get through to this place!! It sends you to voice mail, which is always full and then hangs up. Completely unacceptable. Since UF Health took over this place has gone downhill at the speed of a comet!
