This office is close to my family and offers valuable care. I would like to see them prosper and get more doctors in. This is in the Oakleaf area and staff and care are outstanding and similar to what other care givers offer when it relates to wait time and call backs.
I am thrilled with having Dr. Jones (his incredible team) as my “new” Primary Care Doctor! I had an OUTSTANDING experience with my previous primary care team, so I was sad to leave them when I moved, so I was a bit apprehensive about finding a new practice that could match their level of care and professionalism. I can happily report that Dr. Jones and his staff have not only met but exceeded my expectations. From my very first interaction, the front desk staff is welcoming and efficient. The nurses and medical assistants are exceptionally kind, thorough, and make you feel completely at ease. Dr. Jones is attentive, a great listener, incredibly knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. It's truly a seamless transition, and I feel confident and well-cared for under their guidance. If you're looking for a primary care doctor and a team that provides outstanding service, look no further!
My Doctor is Nina Steven’s at the Oak Plantation site; the whole team at this site gets 5 stars. They are always nice and helpful… They deserve this and then some.
Good luck waiting on the phone ☎️ they take so long and when they finally answer, if is a black lady, she’s so unprofessional, sound very sleepy and put you on hold for another 26 minutes. Why they take so long?!
If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The staff made multiple errors, and the process felt rushed from start to finish. Most concerning, they marked one of the forms as ‘Refused’ without even informing me. Another form I refused was never even reviewed by the nurse prior to the visit, yet she still proceeded to perform the exam associated with that form. This level of negligence is unacceptable. This location falls far below the standards one would expect from a UF-affiliated facility. It’s extremely upsetting and reflects poorly on UF as an institution. UF needs to take this matter seriously and address the issues at this location immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to any parents.
