The entire experience was great from start to finish. Carolyn was extremely friendly and kind during check in. She made the check in process easy and fast. Pre operative staff I think her name was Melanie. She was awesome. Martha and Raleign provided excellent care in the procedure room. It’s normally hard for anyone to find my vein to get an IV started but on the first try it was successful without having to be tortured with trying to find a willing vein. I was really impressed. Dr Roychowdhury came and introduced himself while I was in preop and I felt at ease with his warm bedside manners. Then here comes Sam RN in recovery. Sam is so professional and can make any patient feel comfortable. I really appreciated how caring Sam was at the end in recovery. He will make you laugh and brighten your day. Orange Park Endoscopy Center gets 10 stars. The whole entire staff rocks and deserves bonuses and recognition.
Dr. Roychowdhury is a great doctor. He cares about his patients and does a very thorough exam. He always stops by after the procedures to tell me about how it went and what he found. I appreciate Dr. Roychowdhury and thank him for all he does for me. I also want to add that the staff there is awesome. They get you all checked in, set you up, and explain the procedure and they all care and do an excellent job. I couldn't ask for better service.
The entire process went without any problems. I was informed before each step about what was about to happen and why. After i woke up as was told about the results and allowed to leave. I was also contacted later to see how I was feeling. Great job by eve!

The staff and facility were excellent. The nurses checked on my confort multiple times pre and post op. Dr. Roychowdhury was very kind and professional during the entire procedure. Highly recommend Borland & Groover.
