My experience with U-haul moving from Colorado to Florida was great on both ends. Any questions that I had were answered easily by calling either the 1-800 number or the direct location. I had a few issues but they were resolved quickly and with top rate customer service. I used another company when moving to CO but if I have to move again, I'll definitely use U-haul. Highly recommend!
Very large location. Arrival convenient. Parking convenient. Office nearby. I was unloaded at 04:30. If necessary, there is an option to stay overnight. So friendly employers.
Excellent experience end to end! I am very happy. My pod shipped 3k miles from east to west coast. No damage and great updates & comms. Have already recommended to others. The blankets they supply really helped keep everything padded and safe. Really happy.
Virginia was amazing, very outgoing and great at her job.
Thank you and all went great. It arrived early and both teams of movers were amazing! Thanks again!
