Ty Downing is the absolute best! He made the mortgage process the easiest we have had to date explaining everything in great detail and offering competitive rates. He is quick with a response when you need something and always available when you have questions or concerns. He worked magic and managed to make our closing happen a couple of days after the hurricane in an area that insurance companies were not allowing closings because of potential damage. He even drove an hour to our closing to make sure everything went smoothly. He prides himself on providing white glove service and that’s exactly what he delivers!

I had a fantastic experience working with Ty! As a first-time home buyer, he made the process incredibly easy and answered all my questions. He helped me find an amazing home, and his expertise was invaluable. I highly recommend him for anyone navigating the home-buying journey.

Ty was awesome! We never used a mortgage broker before and this was our third home. This experience was by far the best we’ve ever had in buying a home. Highly recommend Ty to anyone looking to buy in this market!

Ty was nothing less than outstanding. Always answered all my questions no matter how silly they might have been. I highly recommend him and will most definitely go to him in the future.
