I can’t say enough good things about Atlantic Trust Mortgage, and especially my loan officer, Amy Lavery! From the beginning of the home-buying process all the way through closing, Amy went above and beyond to help me and my family get into our new home as quickly and efficiently as possible. Buying a home can be extremely stressful, and there were definitely moments when the process brought out a lot of anxiety. Amy was always there to answer my questions, explain what was happening, and reassure me whenever I needed it. What really stood out to me was her availability and dedication. She was incredibly responsive not just during normal work hours, but even when she was at home and, believe it or not, while she was on vacation! That level of commitment is something you just don’t see every day. Unfortunately, my realtor wasn’t doing a great job throughout the process, and Amy ended up stepping in and helping with things that honestly went beyond what I expected from a loan officer. She helped keep things moving, made sure important details were handled, and played a huge role in getting us successfully to the closing table. Amy made what could have been an overwhelming experience much easier for me and my family. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting us into our home. Atlantic Trust Mortgage is lucky to have her, and honestly… Amy deserves a raise!! 😂 If you’re looking for a mortgage company and want someone who will actually answer the phone, communicate, fight to get things done, and care about your home-buying experience, I highly recommend Atlantic Trust Mortgage and Amy Lavery. Kim was absolutely amazing throughout our entire mortgage process. From day one, she was sweet, personable, and incredibly easy to get along with, which made what can be a very stressful experience so much easier. She was even a temporary therapist at times (and trust me, you'll need one during the home-buying process! 😂). No matter how many questions we had—or how many times we asked the same question—Kim was always patient, understanding, and willing to help.
