Turner Plumbing was great. Part 1 I called them in the late afternoon not expecting them to get to me on the same day. The person that answered the phone was very nice and went to work on setting me up for a visit and actually had a tech that could stop by in less than 30 minutes. Mark English was the tech and he showed up promptly. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He performed the repair quickly and I was suprised that the cost was very reasonable. I have a busted copper line under my slab. I had another plumber I was working with. He told me to get a leak detection company to find the leak and he could come back to repair it. Well, the leak detection company found the leak and first thing in the morning I busted up the slab to get the pipe accessible then called and texted this other plumber. Never heard back from him! Thats when I called Turner and they were awesome to work with. There's nothing worse than a Company not responding to you. Thank you Turner Plumbing! Part 2 The repipe took place a few days after we got the proposal. John Shillaci and a helper spent 4 days working on the repipe. They had to install the new pipe over head in the attic and fish the pipes down into the walls. All together there were 20 acces holes cut for a 2 1/2 bath home to include the kitchen and laundry. They completed the job on time with no surprises. They arrived every morning on time and both guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. Job well done. Part 3 After the plumbing was complete we had drywall work that needed to be done. Turner gave me a quote based on how many holes were cut. The team was out within 2 days and have everything sealed up in no time. They were very careful to not make a huge mess. They had to wait a couple days to finish up the sanding but everything went as planned. I did the painting amd now everything is done. All in all everything went well
I Chose Turner Plumbing to run a new water service line to my house. From the estimation process with Ben Mosley to the task at hand with Devon Braddock and his apprentice, all went exactly as expected-solid results. The job was approx 48' run from the meter to my home. Working in 97f heat, They worked smart, getting most of the trenching done before 11am, taking time to cool off and keep the job going, my water was restored within 7 hrs of start time. My previous water line from 1972 is finally retired and done with! It was a pleasure working with the Turner CO. Yes I recommend them.
Post review update. Company contacted me quickly about this and apologized that it occurred. Immediately sent someone out to replace the grass. Really impressed with their customer service and approach. Always happy to support a locally owned company that does things right. Will use them again. After flushing my water heater, it appears the technician just dumped the vinegar solution straight into my grass. Killing the grass and leaving the side of my house stinking like vinegar. For the cost, they could have dumped the vinegar solution somewhere that is not on my lawn

We recently had the pleasure of working with Patrick from Turner Plumbing. We woke up last week and had no water coming from our hot water tank. We contacted Turner Plumbing who went out of their way to schedule a service call. Our plumber Patrick was extremely patient trying to diagnose the problem and resolve our issues. He was able find the source of the problem, correct it and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was very respectful of our home and our dog loved him too. Turner Plumbing and Patrick provided great value and had very competitive fees. We were so impressed we signed up for their annual protection plan.
