Turner Ace Hardware World Golf Village

Eddie greeted me with a warm hello at the door. I told him what I was looking for and he had me in and out of the store within five minutes. He even carried the umbrella stand to my car for me. Awesome experience and glad to have Ace and Eddie right here in the neighborhood.

I bought and set up tool boxes for my two kids today and had a great experience with Jeff and Madison. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable and made getting the right tools very easy. MADISON was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at the register. I was one of those customers and had several coupons I wanted to use. She was incredibly patient and range and re-rang everything up to help maximize my savings. Thanks again to both of them!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kayla at Ace Hardware is absolutely amazing! Every time I come into the store, she goes above and beyond to help. As a cashier, she’s always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. What really sets Kayla apart is that she’s helped me with so much more than just checking out. She’s helped me pick out the cutest clothes for both myself and my kids, always offering great suggestions and helping me find exactly what I need. She’s also been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to plants, answering my questions and helping me choose the right ones. It’s rare to find someone who is so knowledgeable, patient, and kind in so many different areas of the store. Kayla consistently provides exceptional customer service and makes every visit enjoyable. Ace Hardware is lucky to have her, and she is one of the main reasons I love shopping there. Thank you, Kayla, for always being so helpful and wonderful!

We had another fantastic experience at the Turner Ace Hardware location on State Road 16. Ryan, the General Manager, has been phenomenal every time we’ve worked with him. His customer service is truly top notch. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to help, and genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. Because of the outstanding service we receive here, I’ll be choosing Ace over Home Depot every time. Highly recommend this location!
