⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience! I had an amazing experience with Mad Dog Golf Carts from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The golf cart was exactly what I was looking for, and the quality exceeded my expectations. They were honest, professional, and truly cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend Mad Dog Golf Carts to anyone looking for a quality golf cart and excellent customer service. 10/10 experience…I couldn’t be happier!
I am so grateful that I found Dylan and Mad Dog Premium Golf Carts. His 5 star reviews are no surprise after the experience I had with him over the past several months. The Cart is exactly what I wanted but the service, education, and consultative approach are what sets Dylan and his company apart. I couldn't ask for a better experience and product, I will be referring everyone in my community to him with zero hesitation. MAD DOG PREMIUM GOLF CARTS IS TOP TIER! I have a golf cart that hadn’t been started in a long time (due to some personal issues).Then, despite numerous charging efforts, it was DEAD. I knew that meant my cart would likely need to be transported to a local company for repair/charging. But, MAD DOG TO THE RESCUE! Honestly, these guys showed up within a few hours. Brandon and Mike could not have been any nicer or more responsive. They were able to take care of everything quickly AT MY HOME! Amazing guys, truly. 9 out of 10 times, I know my cart would have been towed by other companies and I would have been charged for that service and a new battery. Not with these guys! No tow/no new (expensive) battery needed. I don’t write reviews, often. BUT, HONESTLY THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY A MILE! AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH! Seriously, hire them. Thanks, so much, you guys. You’re truly the best!
Brandon and his team have been immensely helpful. From drop off convenience, to service and detailing, his team has stepped up at every opportunity. Their customer service is unmatched. They have been excellent and communication and resolved every issue, even working late on a Friday just to get us our cart ASAP. If you’re looking for a good place to get helpful service, I can’t recommend MD enough! This is a small business you want to work with.
I evaluated options for quite some time, and throughout that process Dylan and team were available to answer both basic and technical questions.
