Expect your order to be wrong. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, fries, and shrimp combo. They gave me wings instead, so I had to wait for the shrimp to be made. I went home to enjoy my food to find out that my Philly cheesesteak was not what I ordered. I ordered it to have mushroom onions and green peppers with provolone cheese. And I got provolone cheese and pickles. I definitely went back to get my order corrected. (I knew I should have never ordered the Philly cheesesteak). There is only one lady taking orders and handing out the food. So they definitely need more servers to help, and the kitchen staff who makes the food needs to pay more attention to the order ticket. This is not my first time that I received something wrong from the kitchen. I don’t think I’ll be back since my orders keep getting messed up. But maybe your luck will be better than mine. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Yes, your restaurant was clean, that is why I took pictures and I gave it 4 stars. There is an extra counter to take orders, and the QR code spots are convenient. However, there was only one lady to do the orders and provide the food. Hire some more people to help the lady out, because she was definitely a force, and that is the only reason why I left a tip. I would give her a shoutout if I got her name, because your establishment would not be operating smoothly without her. The food is a whole different story. My major complaint was that my cheesesteak was all wrong, and when I returned, your cooks were like “we didn’t put pickles on the sandwich,” well I didn’t put them on myself! Your concern should be your cooks paying attention to the order ticket, and not responding to my review with heat. I did not receive fresh fries, because the ones I had at home were perfectly fine, and they did not offer me any. And the large drink I received was supposed to be a part of the meal. I ordered the value deal that included fries, the Philly cheesesteak, five pieces of shrimp, and a drink. If you believe a perfect order is a correct order, then yes, I am one of those customers. ***If anyone goes to this place, just make sure your food is correct before you leave. And if you order a cheesesteak, get an extra serving of steak.***

The service here was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even let me sample several of their different juice drinks, which was such a nice touch and helped me decide what I wanted. I ended up ordering the wings, fries, shrimp, and a slice of the key lime cake and everything was delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The key lime cake was the perfect sweet finish. The service truly stood out and made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. I will definitely be back again!
