True REST provided such a thoughtful and relaxing experience from beginning to end. Every detail felt intentionally designed to help you slow down and simply enjoy the experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the calming atmosphere immediately put us at ease. I especially appreciated the float experience itself. I chose complete darkness and silence, allowing my nervous system a break from the constant stimulation of everyday life. The water temperature was comfortable throughout the session, making it easy to fully relax. After our float, we enjoyed the relaxation lounge with tea, massage chairs, oxygen aromatherapy, and thoughtful finishing touches that made us want to linger a little longer. Even simple details, like having sanitized brushes available in the getting-ready area, reflected the care they put into the guest experience. Whether you're looking for intentional self-care, planning a wellness date, or creating your own local staycation, I highly recommend experiencing True REST. We'll definitely be back!
Amazing experience! I tried the float spa, the massage chair, and the oxygen bar, and every part of my visit was relaxing and rejuvenating. The float session completely helped me disconnect and unwind, the massage chair worked out all the tension, and the oxygen bar left me feeling refreshed. I walked out feeling truly rested, restored, and recharged. I highly recommend True Rest to anyone looking to relax, de-stress, and take some time for self-care. I’ll definitely be back!
Such a great experience at True Rest St. Johns! The space is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. The float therapy and Vitality Suite were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed, recharged and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed the buy one get one free special at the spa. It was my first visit there. It's a nice facility with friendly staff and great amenities - I especially enjoyed complimentary Oxygen bar after the float while getting massage at the massage chair. A prep room where you can dry and style your hair after the float and shower, is a nice feature too, not found in other similar facilities. And they also have a phenomenal full body red light and sauna room, enjoyed that too.
My first visit to True REST Float Spa was incredible. The spa was exceptionally clean, quiet, and relaxing. The float experience itself was amazing, I felt completely weightless, and by the end of the session, all my stress and tension had melted away. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and mentally recharged. It was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had.
