  I will give this review zero stars if I could. This facility lies about the stock that they have on hand. I originally tried to get a larger vehicle. That way I can make less trip trips back-and-forth between two storage units that I’m moving stuff. The day before I went to the U-Haul center that is attached to this review when I went inside, they stated that they did not have anything except for 10 foot box vans and lower due to high demand. I said well it seems like I have to do this because that’s all I can do so I reserved a 10 foot box van. I did say if anything cancels or if anybody does not pick up a larger moving truck I would like to rent that. The person at the front desk said sure no problem. Show up the next day expect to seeing a huge line of people getting the larger vehicles for their moving. How was the first one there and there were literally about 35 trucks that were bigger than a 10 foot box van at the location sitting there with all the sunvisors not a single one had moved or been prepped for renting. I was thinking maybe- that they’re all about to get picked up decide to go and get the 10 foot van and drive off and complete my moving experience. Since the 10 foot van is smaller than anything else I had to make multiple trips between two storage facilities. This rack, the mileage up on the van. They did not disclose on the signing that mileage was $.99 per mile. Also, when you look on the side of the trucks, it says in town rental $19.99. My total trip was around 70 miles utilizing the van. I could’ve had that at 35 miles if I had a larger van. I’m done with the van now. At this point I put the gas a little bit higher than what was needed. And I returned to the U-Haul facility to see all the larger trucks had not moved at all. So basically I was lied to about what was available and I had to rent something smaller. This was obviously done very cleverly so that they knew I could only move so much on one trip so I would have to utilize more trips. Therefore they would get more mileage and be able to charge me more. Absolutely terrible experience. The people in the office seem to be nice however they were misleading information and did not disclose anything so buyer beware!
