If you're visiting Jacksonville Beach and even remotely considering renting a golf cart, stop looking and book with Neptune Golf Cart Rentals. My family of four rented one from Friday through Monday morning, and it completely changed how we experienced the beach community. Having a fully street-legal cart with a license plate and registration meant we could go virtually anywhere around Jax Beach without worrying about parking, traffic, or logistics. It gave us a level of freedom we've never had before on previous trips. The kids absolutely loved it, especially the built-in Bluetooth speaker. We spent the weekend cruising around with Michael Jackson playing, meeting up with friends, and enjoying a completely different pace of life. It created those simple family moments that you remember long after the vacation is over. Equally impressive was how effortless the entire process was. Pickup was smooth, drop-off was even easier, and the team made everything feel seamless from start to finish. No surprises, no hassles—just great service and a fantastic experience. We've already decided that when we're back in October, renting from Neptune is happening again. It has officially become part of our Jacksonville Beach tradition.
Friendly service, great communication with the best prices. If you have kids, rent the cart it will be a big part of their vacation memories! We'll definitely use them again!
We rented a 6 seater golf cart for our staycation in Jacksonville Beach. Neptune Cart Rentals answered my call on the first ring we polite, professional and detailed with their business protocol. The cart was delivered on time. It was picked up on times the cart held the expected battery charge and was a perfect way to get out of the house and explore downtown Jacksonville beach. There is EV parking right at the pier and public beach area which is nice cause there is generally not car parking that close to the ocean. I highly recommend Neptune Cart rentals.
I can’t say enough great things about Neptune Carts! From start to finish, they were dependable, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. The entire transaction was smooth and stress-free, which made planning our weekend so much easier. What truly set them apart was their customer service. Our weekend plans with out-of-town guests were unexpectedly interrupted by a situation completely out of our control, and Neptune Carts went above and beyond. Without hesitation, they offered us an extra day free of charge. That level of generosity and understanding is rare. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and the overall experience. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend Neptune Carts to anyone looking for reliable service and outstanding customer care!
We stayed in jax beach. Neptune golf cart rentals was the best priced around. We broke the key in the ignition on accident and he showed up within 10 minutes and got us a new one. Would absolutely rent again. Can't beat the price. Very friendly and fast to respond. Thank you
