  I began working with Trish shortly after my mother passed, during a time when I felt emotionally stuck and weighed down by grief. From the very beginning, she created a space where I felt safe, supported, and truly seen. Her presence, insight, and support have been instrumental in helping me move through that grief and so many other personal challenges since then. What stands out most is her ability to meet me where I am, while gently guiding me toward growth. She has helped me become a better communicator, set healthy boundaries, and define goals that truly align with who I am. Through our work, I’ve gained clarity on what I need and who I want to be. Her ability to incorporate spiritual depth into our sessions has been incredibly meaningful for me—it adds a layer of connection and understanding that I deeply value.
