The entire process was smooth, professional, and truly exceeded our expectations. When Christopher first met with my husband and me, we immediately felt that we were in good hands. He was extremely knowledgeable, warm, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His professionalism and genuine care made such a lasting impression on us. Brittney was equally wonderful. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and made sure we always knew what to expect. After the roof was completed, she personally met with me and walked around the entire property with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. That level of follow-through and attention to detail meant so much to me. And the roof itself WOW! I was honestly amazed that the entire project was completed in just one day. The workmanship was impressive, the crew was efficient and professional, and the finished product looks absolutely beautiful. I can’t say more good things about these guys. Working with Braden and Peter made the process so much better. We had an insurance company that kept denying our claims. Trinity pretty much took care of everything. They handled the paperwork, support documentation and the appraisal process. In the end we got a beautiful new roof. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The frosting on the cake was, a day or two after the job was completed, two Trinity trucks pulled up. I’d never seen these guys before. They told me they were managers and quality control following up on the work completed. They walked the property, inspected the work and took more pictures. They also picked up some minor stuff that was overlooked. All in all I highly recommend these guys. Not only is their craftsmanship great, but they have the knowledge of the industry to get things done.

Amazing experience start to finish. Jordan and Trinity Roofing made the entire process simple and easy to understand, from the first inspection and all the way through. They were able to collect amazing information on the roof and helped us use our insurance to save tens of thousands of dollars. Everyone we dealt with had great knowledge and an easy demearnor. Short of buying the house, this can be the most expensive thing you will do to a home. They made it painless and saved us tons. The work crew was FAST and efficient. :) Thank you Trinity!!! EDIT!! Had one small issue that Brian with QA helped me resolve. Tanner their technician came and helped me QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY!!! Could not have been smoother! Thank you Tanner! That's what I call customer service!!

Isaiah was there from the beginning of the roof assessment til the end of the job. Isaiah even came the day after and gave the yard another comb over to find any left over nails in the yard and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The communication internally could be improved on. In 3 days the contract was signed and paid for. The company could not find me for scheduling in 20 days but easily could deposit my check for the job. I called their office and left a VM but no one called my back. The only communication I had with them was my contractor Isaiah and the guy that came out the day before the job to start to insure all materials were ready for the next day. They listen to the color for trim and vents and did not disappoint. The only negative part was paying for a roof but hear the company cannot find me to start the job. Overall happy with the job.
