I hired Tri County Electrical to wire a in-law suite and run cable for cameras. Dealing with the gentleman for the estimate and also the front office was an utter nightmare. Tri County was more expensive then the other estimates by a lot but because they did the wiring on my house through my builder I went with them. The gentleman (and his assistance) who did my electrical work was great to work with. I actually went to the bank to give him a nice tip for the work he did, however the company overall I would given a thumbs down. I tried my best to only work with they guy who did the work for the visits I needed. My neighbor told me she was planning to work with them for her project. I highly encouraged her to not based on my experience. I sent checks numerous times that always seemed to be lost, they don't accept any type of debit or credit cards. Finally, after multiple lost checks and then sending me threatening emails about a past due bill I got off my job and got an official check and hand delivered it to the office. The 2 stars is for the gentleman who did the electrical work. The absence of the three stars is for having to work with the disorganized front office and the person who does the estimates for the work. The electrician saved this from being a zero star review. Go with someone else, they are not worth the headache.

Last week at the Daily's in Nocatee, an employee of Tri-County Electric backed into my husband's car, scratched the front of it and then raced out of the parking lot. My husband followed him as best he could and was able to get the truck number and a description of the employee. He called the company several times before being able to speak to the owner who stated that he recognized the description as his employee, Austin, and he would look into it. The following day, he informed my husband that he would not be repairing the scratch on the car caused by his employee because he had no proof that he did it. (I guess the truck number and description were not enough?!) A business owner that will not step up and take responsibility for the actions of his employees is not to be trusted, nor is the employee that does not accept responsibility and stay at the scene of an incident such as this. Neither of the individuals should be trusted to work in our homes in Nocatee or anywhere else in my opinion. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
Their employees cane into the Publix at nocatee without masks and went to the food court. I would nit use such a company if they do not care for others safety
Admin office is extremely rude, overpriced, not honest, and very slow to respond.
These guys are professionals with high standards. I've used them for 14 years as a contractor building new custom homes. All their lead guys that run a truck are very qualified and know their stuff and take pride in wiring everything neatly. Ive seen many helpers grow and be promoted from within over the years which to me speaks volumes.
