  I had my kitchen done in 2024. It was a bad experience from start to finish. We were told that it would be done in 7 days. It took over a month for them to finish. The day before they were supposed to start we emptied out all of our cabinets like they asked and move them to another room. No one showed up the next day and no one showed up for another week after that. The contractor that they sent whose name is Chris, was very unprofessional. He frequently use profanity in my home and whenever we saw that he was doing something wrong, we would let him know and he would get irritated and call back to the office and argue with whoever was in charge. He was more of a handyman than a contractor, the electrical wiring was very unprofessionally done. It’s probably not even up to code. It was Jerry rigged with electrical tape. When the marble crew showed up to install the countertops, one of the guys were talking about how Chris was having withdrawals from using drugs. My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were hearing. It was very believable because he would sweat profusely when he was working and days that he was supposed to show up he did not show up. This is another reason why the job was delayed so much. We had to wash our dishes in the bathroom tub because we did not have a functioning kitchen for over a month. We were told that it would be done in a week, in which it was not. Then once the job was finally done, we took a look at the bill and there were unnecessary charges on there that we got charged for. We were charged for the countertop crew making an additional trip. One of the guys told me that he didn’t know why they charged for that because they only had to make one trip. When we refused to pay for the bogus charges, Shawna threatened to place a lien on my home! Which forced us to pay in full. There was no trying to make it right at all. She basically said screw you, you’re gonna either pay or lose your home. These cabinets and countertops are supposed to have a 10 year warranty. Since the install, my cabinet door has fallen off repeatedly! Panels are loose underneath my sink. The sink which is a garden sink was loose and had to be repaired 3 times because it wasn’t set correctly. Which caused the sink to leak. One day I randomly looked underneath my sink and that’s when I discovered that there was a leak. Standing water was underneath there for days without my knowledge when we asked Chris to replace the portion where the water had been sitting because we didn’t want that wood to go bad, he complained about how much work it would be to take that out and put new wood in and say that the wood would be fine just leave it like it is. You can see the seams on all of our granite. It looks like they don’t know what they’re doing. The hood above the stove was loose and looked like it would fall apart at any moment. Blue plastic was left for us to remove from the hood Our microwave does not look professionally installed either Our trashcan is also unleveled. I asked Chris to come fix it back in September. He read the message and never replied!!! Amy and Shawna are the representatives for my project. They never answered the phone or text when we were trying to find out why Chris wasn’t showing up and when we were calling to have things fixed after the project was complete. And this continues to happen to this day. I tried to call into the office to have someone come out and fix these problems, no one ever answers! Surprisingly when I texted, I got a response days later!! It has been two weeks since I’ve requested for my cabinets and panels to be fixed and still nothing has happened. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, two thumbs down.🤮🤮🤮
