Superior Custom Builders

Kenneth and his team did an extremely complex and difficult project at our home. Superior says it all - hands down, the work and overall experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Ken was responsive to numerous field modifications with a "can do" attitude which his team executed. It was a pleasure to deal with a builder that takes pride in their work and who understands the importance of communication and executing the project with precision. I have done many major renovations to a number of homes, and Superior Custom Builders is absolutely one of the best I have had the pleasure of working with. Kudos to Kenneth and his team!

Excellent experience on our bathroom remodel with Kenneth and Superior Custom Builders. This business gets it done right and does exceptional work! Kenneth anticipated issues and presented options, if we weren’t 100% satisfied with any step of the process, he had it fixed and addressed. Jacob was a pleasure to work with and did phenomenal finishing work. We got multiple quotes before this project. Superior was not the cheapest and we do not regret the additional expense. You get what you pay for, and Superior is worth every penny!

Highly recommend Superior Customer Builders! We hired Superior Customer Builders to replace the roof on our beach house in Fernandina Beach, FL, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. The process was smooth and professional. Kenneth Walker was a fantastic contractor—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to every detail. The new roof looks fantastic and we’re confident it will hold up beautifully against Florida weather for years to come. If you need roofing work (or any construction) in the Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach area, look no further. Superior Customer Builders is the real deal. We’re very happy with the outcome. Thank you Kenneth and the whole team! — Seth

Ken at Superior Custom Builders was an exceptional contractor to work with from start to finish. He completed our project (250 sq ft addition) on time and on budget, which is rare in this industry, and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations. Every aspect of the job was handled with care, precision, and attention to detail — his workmanship is truly top-notch. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, and we always felt confident that the project was in good hands. We’ve worked with several builders over the years, and Ken has been by far the best experience we’ve had. We would highly recommend Superior Custom Builders and would absolutely use Ken again for future projects.
