I cannot recommend Transformation Counseling enough. From my very first session, I felt genuinely heard, supported, and respected. Looking back, I truly feel like I’ve experienced a transformation in my life. More than anything, therapy helped me build a stronger relationship with myself. I learned to trust my own voice, believe in myself, and approach life with greater confidence and self-compassion. Ms. Dedra is ABSOLUTELY amazing. We attribute our daughter’s success in understanding, coping and overcoming traumatic events in her young life to the skill set Ms. Dedra has instilled in her. She is no longer afraid, no longer unable to communicate her feelings and has been able to not just shine but soar into an absolutely stunning young lady. I highly recommend! She definitely knows her stuff is easy to talk to and provides practical tools when needed. I have absolutely loved our sessions even though it has brought up some difficult topics. This is hands-down. The best experience I’ve ever had with a counselor or a therapist!
