I rent an apartment from this property manager and ive had a bad experience. They try to be controlling, try to change rules mid lease by trying to make us put water in my name even though it clearly stated in the lease the landlord would pay water, they say we cant keep anything on our porch, disregarded safety concerns such as broken glass all over the yard, razer blades carefully staked into the ground where my child plays, barely investigated it. Theres only one camera on the property. Ive had issues with neighbors being verbally hostile with us which the property manager did nothing about. The same neighbor damaged our car which nothing was done about that either. They like to brush problems under the rug. Someone from there messaged me saying they would have kicked us out a long time ago and we dont deserve professionalism. We havent been problem tenants. We keep to ourselves and pay rent on time.
Carson helped us purchase our first home! Great communication, we were very ecstatic how everything went! Thank you so much for everything you have done for our family!
