they insisted on a review up front (difficult to do) so i gave them a 5 for price. turns out thats what they do best - bill you. asked for insect control between visits and i got a call 3 weeks later. not good. ask for weed help between visits around the first of the month. i fired them because the only communication i've received was a bill. couldnt just take go away you are bad, one of the managers had to call me to make it official and was all whiney about customer care. must all customers but me. wasted money and time.
