This company is only helpful when they want to be. My first experience was with Diana and she was great. Had no issues for the four years I leased through them. Then I met Beth when we were moving to another location and things went south. She made no attempt to contact me or even let me know the status of my application. It’s fine if I’m not qualified to rent through them anymore. Just don’t keep me in the dark and be scared to tell me something or anything for that matter. I had to call Beth to find out that I was non-qualified this time around. That is totally fine, I get it, life happens and I’m not at the same place financially but this was very unprofessional. They made it seem like I’m just a dollar sign in their eyes.

Beth King was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to help me find an apartment that truly fit my needs, and she made it all happen so quickly. Beth put in extra time, effort, and care to make the process smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a dedicated and hardworking realtor.
