My appointment was scheduled with Angela. Upon my arrival, I noticed that the front desk staff was on his cell phone, resolving personal issues, which delayed my check-in. Despite receiving multiple reminders to arrive 15 minutes early, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes after my scheduled time. When the front desk attendant finally contacted Angela, he informed me that I would need to reschedule because she forgot or wasn’t aware of the appointment. Given the circumstances, I decided I would not be seeing Angela after all. It seems there may be some miscommunication within the office that needs addressing. I believe it would be beneficial to ensure that reminders are sent not only to clients but also to staff members to prevent such situations in the future.
