As a licensed mortgage broker Equity Loan Exchange is active throughout the US and Florida, so I work with a lot of RE agents on both sides of my clients' residential and commercial real estate transactions. I can say without any reservation that Tracy provided extremely high service levels that definitely helped me to do a better job for my client, leading to an early closing date that benefited all parties. Text and email requests were uniformly answered the same day, and all requested information and supplemental documents were provided in more than a timely fashion. Moreover Tracy actually answers her phone, which is a vital ingredient when coordinating the completion of large financial transactions with a lot of moving parts.
