The building has peeling paint, the parking lot needs attention, and most importantly, customer service at the cash register, they just want to take your money not treat you as a customer. They post benefits to the neighbor app and maybe this is an issue between corporate and the local store but the employees resist helping you use the app and apply the benefits. This is the perspective of one visit one day one cashier. One first impression.
It is 8:11 p.m. I just left the store at 8:08 p.m. the store closed at 8:00. nobody informed us of that. nobody gives attitude either. I would like to say that this tractor supply I have been going to foryears. They are quite nice reasonably priced and employees are are great to deal with I would recommend the store to everyone
Worst customer service ever! There’s never enough people there and the people that are there are incompetent. Went there to buy a gun safe. Nobody there could open any of the safes the first time. Went back and no one could even wait on me the second time. I will never shop there again.
Not great staff, very unprofessional and lazy. Literally had the cashier picking at her teeth while talking to me.
Excellent employees. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely return there.
