Chris has now handled the roofs on two homes for me, and both experiences have been excellent. On my previous house, I was in a time crunch because of an upcoming closing. Chris stepped up and was able to get the entire roof done with less than a week’s notice, making sure the project didn’t delay my closing. That kind of responsiveness and willingness to make things happen really stood out to me. Most recently, Chris completed the roof on my new construction home, and once again, he and his team did a fantastic job. The workmanship looks great, everything was handled professionally, and the entire process went smoothly. It’s hard to find contractors you can confidently call more than once, but Chris is definitely one of them. Reliable, responsive, professional, and someone who stands behind his work. I would absolutely recommend Chris Townsend and Townsend Roofing to anyone needing a roofer.
Townsend did the roofs at Hammock Grove Condos. They did excellent work. Even though it took a few months, no one was even inconvenienced because of their work. They cleaned up constantly. Very happy about the job they did.
Townsend Roofing did a complete asphalt shingle reroof for me on a 2 story house and detached guest cottage. Work was on time, professional, and most importantly quality. I had zero issues. Thank you to your whole crew.
We work with Townsend roofing for a very long time and we love it . If you are looking for a family owned local business that stand behind their work, Chris is your guy . We are so grateful for them and our business relationship.
Chris and his guy are top notch roofers and let me tell you that is hard to find . Clean , consistent, excellent communication. Friendly and efficient. 100% recommend them always to everyone we know
