The staff were happy and helpful. The glasses for the beer were super chilled. The meat pizza had tons of toppings and the cheese was plentiful. The spinach salad was fresh and delicious. We will return!
I had mistakenly thought I knew what good pizza was. I've had all the big names and some smaller ones. Stopped here for lunch one day, and was amazed by the quality of my lunch for such an easy price. I have never had a better slice of pie in my entire life. I've since bragged to anyone who will listen just how good this pizza is. Even made my family drive from south Jax just to try it, and they had the same reaction. I cannot recommend Townies enough. I go now every chance I get.
Got two specialty pizzas tonight spent almost $60. One pizza had hardly any toppings. It was a cheeseburger pizza. The other was an all meat pizza and several slices of cheese had slid off of it overall just not great. Next time we’ll try somewhere else.

I am from out of town and I came to beautiful Amelia Island to visit for a wedding. I ordered online for delivery and it was so easy!!! Their website is extremely easy to maneuver. They delivered straight to my hotel door!!! My order was actually 15 minutes earlier than anticipated. Plus, it didn't hurt my delivery guy was super cute!!! The food was hot and so phenomenally delicious!!! My son loves pizza so we have tried many pizzerias while traveling. I love the varieties of sauces to choose to put on your pizza that you can create. I chose the bacon cheeseburger pizza with barbecue sauce. Then, 1/2 Ceaser salad with bacon, chicken, and mushrooms added and it made the salad a meal in itself!!!
