Arte Pizza

The pizza was good and the service was ok. They have a wood fired pizza oven open and has a flame looking light flickering inside it. However, we sat right in front of the oven. When the chef or cook.. finished placing the raw ingredients onto the dough, she would walk over to the oven with the ready to cook pizza on her peel, and put the pizza into what looks like a gas oven beside the wood fired oven. Strangest thing. We watched her do this the entire time. Never placed pizza or anything into the front of that wood fired pizza oven she would always open a stainless steel door of the oven to the right of it and place it in there. We asked our server if the pizza was wood fired and told him we never saw a pizza go into the wood fired oven, he said yes of course it’s wood fired. No kidding, we watched our pizza be prepped, placed into an oven beside the wood fired oven, and brought to the table. So weird. It was all still good though lol

10/10 on the pizza. Delicious...we had 2 different kinds and both were good .... My husband is a pizza officianado. Service was good but come at an off time as it gets busy.

Good experience. Nice pizza place. Great area out back outside if the weather is nice. The pizza was really good, however it did get a burnt on the edges. The crust is very thin. Great sauce to cheese and crust balance. No complaints all the way around. Heads up they do charge for using a credit card, if that's something that bugs you. I like using cash in those situations.
