Taylor Johnston at Touchstone Counseling and Consulting is an exceptionally thoughtful and skilled clinician. I have been particularly impressed by his work with EMDR and the impact this approach can have for individuals working through trauma, painful experiences, and patterns that can sometimes feel difficult to move beyond through traditional talk therapy alone. Taylor brings a steady, compassionate presence to the counseling room and approaches his work with both clinical skill and genuine care for the people he serves. He understands that meaningful healing requires both safety and trust, and he works intentionally to create an environment where clients can engage difficult parts of their stories at their own pace. I have tremendous respect for Taylor and the work being done at Touchstone Counseling and Consulting and would confidently recommend him to anyone considering EMDR or looking for a compassionate, trauma-informed counselor.
