When you reach out for service and get a call almost immediately to schedule an appointment, you want to believe you made the right decision, even more so when you check the company reviews and you see an astounding 4.9. The plumber arrived early this morning at 8an. You believe you’re about to receive, honest, ethical advice and service just like everyone else has, per Google. What I got was double the price to replace the back flow valve on my irrigation system. The 3 quotes I received were $625, $710, and $1250. All from certified professionals. Totally Hooked Plumbing cost was $1250. I don’t even know why or how. It was mind boggling to say the least. To make matters worse, the tip of my water hose got stuck, more like corroded onto my spigot. Another whopping $329 to fix it, I mean replace it unless I paid $1250 and they would fix it as a courtesy. I was told there’s absolutely no way to get it off and if he did, I wouldn’t be able to hook a hose to it. 10 minutes later, using a hacksaw and flat head screw driver, the tip was off, spigot fixed and water hose back on working properly. I’m not only disappointed but I’m also hurt. Why was I treated differently? Why does my review have to be the bad one? What really happened during this visit? I wouldn’t feel confident referring this company to anyone. From reading their reviews, they don’t need my referral. They tend to treat most fairly well. Integrity, Honesty, and Fairness should be across the spectrum not per customer. M. Williams
Goose and Derrick took good care of us after our septic sump pump failed, causing a backup into the house. They are friendly and professional, got the stubborn tank lid off and pumped out in no time. Will definitely keep these guys at the top of my list for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
Jarret, Goose & Hawk all came to my home same day! I have never received better results or services in this field. The level of knowledge and professionalism was absolutely off the scale amazing. If I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would. It's not everyday you see overall quality of services across the board like with these fellas. TOTALLY HOOKED HAS EARNED MY BUSINESS FROM THIS DAY FORWARD. This company is great! They took me in the same day scheduled me for 4pm but the plumber arrived at 12pm instead for my leaky kitchen sink. He was very professional and kind. He did a great job and finished in a timely manner.
I Was charged $1125 for a shower valve replacement only that was leaking by the plumber. And I fixed the drywall myself and .. I should have called around and or read reviews. This company is not honest IMO. They are Totally Crooked. Update: I called to get and itemized bill invoice on saturday 4/4/ 26 and Alex said she would send it to the manager to send to me on Monday 4/6. Monday comes around and I call after not receiving any email and Alex transfers me to Aubrey who states they do no give itemized bills and she would have to get authorization from the owner to send me an itemized invoice of labor and parts used. The plumber Drake changed ONLY the valve behind the wall, the shower handle, 2 one foot pvc pipes l, 2 elbow connectors and 3 straight connectors maybe. He did not change the shower head or shower tub faucet which was leaking after I turned the water back on. He said he didnt have it and I could buy it from Homedepot. Read reviews before using them and ask for itemized bill before a job.
