Goose and Brice did a great job! They arrived early in the morning and were able to resolve my issue quickly. They also provided helpful insights on the next steps I can take to keep my septic in working order. I highly recommend this company!
Hired Totally Hooked to replace our septic system. Bill came to the house. He was very friendly. We went over everything. He got started on it fairly quickly and it was all over in a couple of weeks. The guys that worked with Bill were both very friendly as well. They did a great job! I would definitely recommend them.
Highly recommend! Ashton came to take a look at my sink that was clogging and informed us very well on how to maintain and take proper care so this issue doesn't happen again. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional!
I highly recommend this company! DEVON!installed our water heater today and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very polite, respectful, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The installation was clean and efficient, and he left the area spotless when he was finished. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would definitely use them again!
Ashton was extremely informative and helpful when he came to inspect & troubleshoot our system. He also gave us options to consider for future services, which we really appreciated. Great job! Thank you so much.
