We've been working with TBS for a number of years, and I find they are the most knowledgeable tech company I've ever worked with. Their service technicians are responsive, knowledgeable and overall helpful and nice; not to mention patient with our staff who through the years weren't particularly computer savvy. This is a bar set high by the owner Michael Stern and his sons Logan and Devon who practice the best in service to their clients. TBS has helped us enhance our overall computer performance and data protection. They are on the cutting edge of what's happening in the data world. As a company we have depended on TBS very heavily for their support. We never knew how much we didn't know, and what little protection we had for our information systems until their evaluation of our technology was performed. I highly recommend this company for its excellence in computer technology, data protection, and their customer service.
