We got there at 5:30 on a Thursday and the place was empty. We said it's 5:30 on a Thursday lets give it a try. We will not try it again. I had the veal parmesan, The sauce tasted like warm pureed tomatoes. The veal was about half the size of the breading and the breading would not stick to the veal. My wife had the rosemary gorgonzola chicken, or should I say food floating in olive oil. They must have poured $9.00 worth of olive oil on this dish. Whoever made the rolls overworked the dough and made them dense and hard to eat. The anti pasta salad is NOT worth $20.00(sorry forgot to take a pic). $105.00 for 2 people with a tip. Drinks were never refilled.
I had been before with friends and liked it, so recently took my mom for her to try. Friendly and attentive service, nice dining atmosphere. The citrus grouper was delicious! I don't normally care for fruits in savory dishes, let alone with fish, but wanted to try something different. Glad I did because we loved it. I think my mom got the rosemary gorgonzola chicken pasta, also delicious. The calamari appetizer was seasoned very well. The calamari itself was maybe a touch overcooked for my texture preference, but still tasted good. Highly recommend and plan to be back for that citrus grouper!
Everybody here super friendly, very chill. The atmosphere is beautiful and calm love it, as much as I possibly damn can.
First time visiting with my wife and food was delicious .. the gruper fish and the salmon ! 4 star on the service just because our waitress was new and could not answer any of our questions.. Should of be with someone more experienced for some more training but overall very good place.
My husband and I decided to try Toscana Little Italy tonight and unfortunately we will not be returning. We got there at 7:00 and were seated right when we came in. 11 minutes go by and no one comes to our table. So the same person who sat us, Jonah came by and said “I guess I’ll be y’all’s server tonight. Has anyone been with you?” And we said no, so he was our server! Which he did great and he did a couple things that cracked us up. The food however, just was not for us. We tried ordering mozzarella sticks, but they were out so I ordered the burrata caprese. It was good (how can you mess that up?), but $16 for it is overpriced in my opinion. My husband got the cheese pizza and it was quite overcooked and the underneath was soggy and greasy. I got the tour of Italy served with a tarnished spoon. The fettuccine didn’t have flavor. So I added salt and had a couple bites. Lasagna was okay and the chicken parm was dry and wasn’t my taste. I lost my appetite because it didn’t have flavor like I expected. I hate to complain about every aspect, but we were both highly disappointed. We did take leftovers home because my grandmother will eat ANYTHING, but we won’t be returning. Also, my grandma didn’t eat the leftovers because she also didn’t like them.
