I sailed through Fernandina in January and had some issues with my brand new enclosure from Annapolis Maryland. I called Top Stitch and explained what I needed done and asked about their schedule. They were able to drop what they were doing and come straight to my boat at the marina. In 48 hours they were back with my repaired and adjusted panels. I had called every shop from Annapolis to here on our transit down the coast and Top Stitch was the only one to not only be kind on the phone, but show up, so the work, and get it done as better than new. When we transit back from the Caribbean, this will definitely be a stop in the future for additional work. We need cushions and privacy shades. I have full confidence in their work and their team. Amazing people and experience!

I can’t say enough great things about Top Stitch Upholstery! I stopped by with a stubborn Jeep zipper problem and they went above and beyond to help me out. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and had me fixed up in no time. It’s rare to find a shop that treats you like a neighbor and genuinely cares about solving your problem, big or small. Highly recommend them for anyone in Fernandina Beach who needs quality upholstery work. I’ll definitely be back!
Topstitch has been our GOTO for our canvas needs. They pay attention to the smallest detail. Their customer service and satisfaction is fantastic. They have changed the look of our lanai. We have new awnings, and matching umbrellas. We love our new privacy screens. The final touch is coordinated covers for grills, fire pit and tablecloth. Highly recommended.
It took nearly 3 months for them to "complete" a new dodger job. At first the excuse was that they needed to order a material color sample which I wanted while they just could drive through the boat and get it. Then just too many calls without response and many emails until it got rushed, employees got overstressed as we had to leave the US because of expiring visas. At the end - I regret that I went for a bit higher dodger because they made the windows too big and the shade and rain protection area got reduced a lot. Also eventually some support is missing (as straps were not enough after a while) which will take some time and I can't use simple jaws slides for vertical support as the frame is bent and hinged ones might chafe canvas from inside. Overall, definitely not worth of $2600 for a new thing.
I have used Topstitch multiple times for custom interior and exterior applications on my boat. All of the staff are professional, friendly and always accommodating. Their work is always completed in a timely manner and at a competitive price. The quality of their work is impeccable! Doing business with Topstitch is always a pleasure!
