This is one of my favorites shops thanks to those who are employed here. It is obvious that this shop focuses on customer service and today I had the good fortune to meet Carla! Carla was most helpful, friendly and professional... exactly what a salesperson should be. Tommy Bahama is fortunate to have Carla on their team! Thank you, Carla 💕
The food quality is not as good as it once was. They obviously reduced quality to minimize price increases.
small portions but is good quality and seasoned well.
Visited Tommy Bahama Jacksonville for the first time on August 29 while I was in town for a conference, and we stopped in for lunch. I was so excited to see they had live music during the day—and can I just say, the little Reggae duo was SO good! 🎶 They really made the afternoon special. The tall young man who was managing the door was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The flatbread was delicious, the drinks were cold, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and fun. Such a great first experience! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Jacksonville. 🌴🎶🍹
