Titanium Yoga

Jamie was fantastic - I really appreciated her attention to detail on our positions, little tweaks made such a huge difference. One of the best classes I’ve taken.

I’m not usually a yoga person (I’m inflexible and inexperienced and have a hard time keeping up) and have had a bad experience with hot yoga in the past where the room was unbearably hot. But I knew the instructor Michelle from another gym where she led deep stretch, so I signed up for the Wednesday morning Yoga Sculpt class with her and it was really nice. The room is warm but not uncomfortably so. The room is dim with candles flickering, which made it feel really cozy and relaxing. The workout was challenging but I felt so refreshed at the end. And I love that all equipment is included, I didn’t even have to bring my own mat!

I've been practicing at Titanium Yoga Fruit Cove for a while now, and it’s one of the best studios I have been part of. Every class is different. The styles of the instructors are varied but they each lead a strong class. You can tell they enjoy practicing. Tiffany, Lina, Tricia, Glenda, and Michelle are all fabulous. I have yet to encounter a bad instructor so this keeps me looking forward to classes. Their many teaching styles have added real variety to my workouts and kept me motivated. It’s clear they’re all highly experienced and deeply care about their students. They learn names, give thoughtful adjustments, and make you feel comfortable. This has helped me really improve my flexibility, form and balance. Plus, the studio is adorable. The heat is warn and inviting and it always smells good! I highly recommend Titanium! As all my friends know :D
