I highly recommend Ashley! She is an amazing professional, and I started feeling better since my very first session. She has made my Pilates experience both effective and enjoyable. If you are looking for a great physical therapist, she is the one!
Starting going to Ashley for dry needling to help relieve my TMJ pain, I've only had a few sessions so far but it does already feel less tense! I plan to continue treatment with Ashley for my TMJ and am looking forward to seeing more results. Ashley is very knowledgeable and flexible with getting me into her schedule.
Ashley is an amazing provider. She truly sees each client as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or body part. Her passion for wellness shines through in everything she does, from hands-on treatment and exercise prescription to incorporating dry needling and teaching Pilates. She creates such a safe, encouraging environment and genuinely wants her clients to feel strong and confident in their bodies. You can tell she cares deeply about helping people heal in a sustainable, whole-person way. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly listens, considers them as a whole person, and delivers thoughtful, individualized care.
Her Pilates classes are the perfect blend of gentle and challenging. I feel every single muscle after one of her classes without feeling burned out. Truly an incredible Pilates instructor. Try one of her classes and thank me later!!
Ashley Estanislao at Solis Physical Therapy is absolutely phenomenal! After just ONE visit, her expert dry needling and targeted PT work made a noticeable difference in my Achilles tendon pain. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about getting results. I walked out feeling better than I have in weeks. Highly recommend Ashley if you want real improvement for whatever pains you!
