Incredible Character: We recently visited this tire store intending to purchase a new set of 4 tires. Unfortunately, after getting to the end of the process, we learned there would be nearly $500 in additional costs over the $1350 out the door price to maintain the warranty on the 85,000-mile tires. That was more than we were comfortable with, so we decided not to make the purchase. Two days later, I realized I had accidentally left my wallet on the front counter. When I returned, the staff asked me a few security questions, confirmed it was mine, and returned it with everything still inside—including other critical material, credit cards, several IDs and membership cards and even all of the cash. In today’s world, I would have been grateful just to get my wallet and driver’s license back. Instead, they safeguarded my entire wallet, despite us not purchasing anything. Their honesty and integrity substantiated the positive impression we already had of the people who work here. Thank you for doing the right thing—it is greatly appreciated and speaks volumes about your teams character.

I spent an entire morning searching for tires that wouldn’t break the bank. I finally called Tire Outlet in Callahan and found a good set of tires for way less than all the competitors. The staff, especially Will, was very helpful in getting me what I needed. Save time and start here on your tire search; good prices and a great team working there.

Avoid this location at all costs, the manager "Thomas" likes to get confrontational with customers. Took our vehicle in because one of the tires had a nail in it, was told that it could not be patched, that we needed new tires. No problem, original tires and the vehicle has 90,000 miles. This was at 8:00 am, received a call around 3:00 asking where the wheel lock socket was at, was not located after they "looked" for it. We decided for them to just cut them off. Arrived at 5:00 to pick up the vehicle and saw that all of the lug nuts they removed from where the wheel locks were had not been replaced and they just left them off without letting us know, after asking them about it "Thomas got upset and raised his voice stating he did not charge us for that and was very confrontational regarding the whole situation. Once into the car we saw the wheel lock set sitting in the back seat after they "looked for it"

Showed up with flat on my truck tire on a busy Saturday afternoon. I was starting on a 1000 mile return drive to home and didn’t want to drive on the spare I changed to along the rode 20 miles earlier and continuing without a spare. They were gracious and said they would fit me in. It took a few hours, but they sold me a new tire, (the original was not repairable), mounted, balanced and stowed my spare… all for a very reasonable price. So reasonable I questioned if they had made a mistake in the bill! VERY sataisified!!
