Today I had a flat tire on my Prius and saw positive reviews for this location. John O was friendly and helpful as a service advisor and answered my questions knowledgeably. And Chris H was the service technician. For transparency, my wait time was longer than the time it took for the actual tires to be fixed. But I am satisfied with the outcome so I will still rate Tires Outlet 5 stars.
What a fantastic experience! I had a tire blowout on the side of the road. Had to do a Google search and decided to try them. I’m so happy I did. Carlos, the manager was fantastic. Extremely helpful even provided me information for a tow truck I couldn’t be more grateful. I was in and Out of there within a few hours and back working thank you guys. I’ll be back to replace the other tires.
ABOVE AND BEYOND. We ended up quite unluckily running over a huge piece of metal in the road. Our roadside assistance was running so far behind every shop would’ve been closed, but John and David (I forgot the technicians name but he was also amazing) literally stayed late when they found out we needed help, and we got our car to the shop and were able to get back on the road. So friendly, quick, and very helpful through a very stressful situation.
I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday at 1pm. They were super busy and having an annual event. I was there 1hr 15 min, asked about my service (oil change/tire rotation), and they told me 30-45 minutes. I had to go to work and had to leave. Called and spoke with someone and gave direct feedback about setting expectations for a customer. He said come by on Friday at 3pm and we'll get you in and out. Came in just before 3pm was acknowledged by someone at the desk then they disappeared for 15 minutes. I left again being robbed of a total of over 3 hours of my time. Very disappointed
On a recommendation, I brought my vehicle to Tire Outlet because my air conditioning was not cooling properly. Carlos Garcia, the manager, was extremely helpful, professional, and took the time to address my concerns. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the honest communication throughout the process. I highly recommend Tire Outlet and especially Carlos for outstanding customer service.
