I cannot recommend Black Tire Mobile Service strongly enough! They were the most affordable service for my RV tire installation, the pricing was very reasonable, and the work was expertly done. Beyond that, they were very prompt, completed the job as scheduled, and I could not be happier. I can't thank them enough for their incredible service!
We used this company for service of new tire stems and tires for our travel trailer while visiting St Augustine, FL. So pleased with the responsiveness and service! Reasonable pricing too. Luis, our technician, was friendly and knowledgeable, and Luke handled all scheduling and ordering seamlessly. Would recommend to anyone in need of fast, competent, and friendly service. Thank you. Black Tire!!
Had them replace all 4 14 ply tires on my fifth wheel. Great communication, and prompt service at my home. Even though they were not able to source the exact tire I wanted, they were very reasonable, installing the tires that I sourced myself. Would definitely use again.
Luis was awesome and got me back on the road safely and quickly. He even took on an extra unanticipated job for me and patched my removed and damaged tire. They were transparent and honest with the pricing. He's super nice, easy to communicate with, hardworking, and did a great job. Couldn't have been more professional.
I had such a positive experience today thanks to Luis. I was struggling to fill my tire with air when he noticed I might need help and immediately walked over to ask if I was okay. I said yes, and he kindly offered to take a look at my tire. He mentioned that he works for a mobile tire company, and I honestly felt so lucky that he happened to be there at that exact moment. Luis was incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. He didn’t hesitate to step in and help me right on the spot, which meant so much in a stressful moment. It felt like one of those moments where the right person shows up at the right time.
