  I visited this bar on June 12 and had one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever encountered. For approximately 20 days, I had been visiting this bar about three times per week because it is close to my residence. I am not a regular drinker, but I enjoy trying different drinks and learning about them. On this occasion, I took a photo of a drink so I could look up what it was later. Shortly afterward, security accused me of taking a picture of a female customer. I attempted to explain that I had only photographed my drink and was trying to identify it, but I was not given an opportunity to explain. I had been at the bar since around 1:20 AM. My total bill was approximately $30, and I left an additional $30 tip. Around 2:02 AM, while I was finishing my drink, security approached me. I had already paid my tab and was preparing to leave shortly. I was not arguing with anyone, fighting with anyone, or causing any disturbance. I generally keep to myself, enjoy my drink, and leave. I was not involved in any confrontation with other customers. Instead of having a respectful conversation with me, security began yelling. While I was trying to explain the situation, I was physically removed from my chair and escorted out.Security grabbed both of my arms and physically removed me from my chair. During the incident, my phone was damaged, and my Samsung Galaxy Bud 4 pro went missing. The way I was handled caused me physical pain and discomfort. No business employee or security staff has ever treated me this way before. I found the experience humiliating, upsetting, and completely unnecessary. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and respect shown toward a paying customer. Regardless of any concern they may have had, I believe the situation could have been handled through simple communication rather than yelling and physical force. Based on this experience, I will not be returning. I hope management reviews this incident carefully and provides better training in professionalism, customer service, and de-escalation. Customers should be treated with dignity and respect, even when there is a misunderstanding.
