Timberwalk at Mandarin

I’ve been living here for two years now, and I truly hope to stay in this beautiful place for a long time. The peace and tranquility you feel here is simply magical. Everything is close by—from supermarkets and restaurants to clinics, gas stations, and churches—everything is within walking distance. The community is very quiet, and the people I've interacted with are very pleasant. The Timberwalk team is super friendly, and they resolve any technical issues or concerns very quickly. I have lived here for over 5 years and I couldn’t be happier. The office staff Nanalee and Natalia have been more than accommodating. The maintenance staff is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you to the staff 5 stars isn’t enough.

Our organization has been renting the same apartment for almost 8 years. All of the people we have housed there for work have been very pleased with the apartment, location and safety. Nanalee has been very helpful in making sure the apartment stays up to date and in repair. We are most grateful to her.

I got into a roomier apartment on a third floor and I love it. This is gated apartment and makes me feel safer. From my apartment I can see the water from here and I can enjoy the park view. Neighbors could be loud at times but mostly friendly. I love how neat this place is kept. If I have any trouble or problem I address it with maintenance and it resolved almost immediately. Occasionally we would have food trucks near the gates or coffee and ice cream days at office. This place have a swimming pool, dog park and gym also a dock to fish. I see many people walking as a workout in the evening. I enjoy my stay and would recommend it to anyone who work close by and want to save money and sanity without driving across the bridge or just simply in traffic.
