pdate 5/21/26 Unfortunately, I’m reducing my original 5-star review to 3 stars. To be completely honest, if this had been my first visit, it likely would have been my last. Starting with the positives — the service was quick, and our lunch tasted very good. However, the portion sizes were extremely disappointing. My wife and I each ordered a chicken fried rice entrée with no drinks or appetizers, and the total came to $31. I’ve attached a photo for reference. Please note that my wife has very small hands, which helps show just how small the portions really were. For the price, the amount of food served felt unreasonable and left us very disappointed. I genuinely enjoyed the ramen during our visit several months ago, which is why this experience was so surprising. I understand that costs are rising everywhere, but the value simply did not match the price this time around. Sadly, based on this experience, we likely will not be returning. Old Review: Tried Tiger House for the first time. I'm a fan of all types of Ramen. I had the Spicy Beef and it was delicious! They put a lot of love in that flavor packed bowl of goodness. I love how they separate the broth from the noodles for to-go orders. I wish I took a picture before I mixed them... nevertheless, this won't be my last time, can't wait to try a different one.
Loved it! Large portions, great tea, perfect service! The portion was much larger than expected and I thought the price was very reasonable. The service was outstanding! She kept my tea filled and didn't continuously come to the table when I had food in my mouth (very appreciated). I would highly recommend this place and I will come again if I'm in the area!
GREAT customer service. My daughter ordered from them via Uber Eats. However her driver stole her boba drinks she ordered. We called today to confirm the driver actually picked up the drinks and she did. The girl on the phone was sympathize and offered us the 2 boba drinks that were stolen. They didn’t have to but they did. They are AMAZING! Will def recommend and def be back. THANKS SO MUCH!!! Oh & the BOBA was DELICIOUS 😆
This was our first visit, and we were really impressed! Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. My husband got the steak hibachi, and I had the chicken hibachi, with crab rangoons to start. Everything was flavorful and delicious and definitely hit the spot for my hibachi craving. We’ll definitely be back!
Stopped by on Sunday with my family and were surprised that the place was empty (no customers). Staff were happy to have someone, so we had a great service! We got fried squid, gyoza, salmon, ramen. The portions were good! We left full! The only one thing we left were bubble tea, which had bitter taste. One was with mango, another strawberry, but both were untasty.
