Molly of Tidal Creek Counseling is incredible. As a fellow eating disorder provider (Registered Dietitian), I work with Molly often on mutual cases, and refer to her often. She is compassionate, kind, warm and empathetic. Molly is an expert in the field of eating disorders and is excellent at helping clients process their thoughts, behaviors, and struggles. She utilizes FBT (family based therapy), CBT-E (enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy) and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy). Overall, Molly is an absolute JOY to work with (we speak almost daily in regards to cases - ensuring comprehensive / collaborative care!) and I'd highly recommend her to anyone seeking care.
